It turns out this is due to the stem being longer than other Retroid handhelds, and we're awaiting Retroid's official response as to what can be done.
AYN Brings Indigo Back to the Portal: Nicole over at the AYN team announced that, for a limited time, you can buy the base model AYN 2 Portal in indigo as well as black! This was done to ensure they don’t waste the remaining shell materials they have in stock, but by doing this, they can give you the option to get a cheaper, purple option.
